Production & Recording Studio Services

Rates & Quotes

Terms of Service

Deposits & Discounts
Customers who book studio time are required to make a deposit in order to guarantee studio availability for the desired time frame. All time is booked on a first come, first served basis, with priority given to customers who have made deposits. Customers who pre-pay for time may receive a discount. Call us for more information.

Billing Minimums
• Deposit of 1/2 the cost of creative projects
• 1 hour minimum for sequencing, sampling, recording & mixing
• 1/2 hour minimum for dubbing
• After minimum is met, time is billed in 1/4 hour increments

Included in Fee
• Engineer/Programmer
• Full use of all equipment, except for dubbing sessions
[Digital Editor can only be used in digital editing sessions]

Payment Information
• Net is due upon completion of services in Cash, Cashier's Check or Money Order
• Block Rates are payable in full one week prior to booked session
• Balance due must be paid before tapes are released from the studio
• Any balance due will be charged at the full studio rate
• A service charge of $25 will be imposed on each returned check
• Interest to incur at the rate of 1.5% per month on all past due balances
• Any account ninety (90) days overdue will be turned over to a collection agency
• Customer agrees to pay attorney fees and other costs incurred due to account delinquency

Cancellations
Any session cancelled without a 48-hour advanced notice will be charged at 50% of the time booked.
