Welcome to Buzzr!
If you want help setting up your site, we strongly suggest you read the Getting Started Guide right off the bat. You can also view our video collection on Buzzr.com. But Buzzr is a lot more than a great website building platform. With Buzzr, you have the tools to join an ongoing conversation with your visitors, including on external social media sites such as Twitter. If what you say is useful or interesting, chances are your visitors will spend time here and come back again and again -- a whole let better than the "brochure" sites that just sit there, unchanging.
There are two great tools for engaging in conversation with your visitors: the blog and the community. The blog is a place for information such as words, photos and video. e.g. If you run a bed and breakfast, what’s new in town this week? If you’re a pet groomer, why not show us a photo of your best work today? If you're a rock band, do you have You Tube video of your last show?
With community tools, you have the option to let customers join your site, so they can comment on your blog, learn about each other on their profiles, and even contribute their own content, such as photos and blog posts, to make them feel involved, and your site even richer. You have full control to edit or remove any content users submit, or kick people off the site who aren’t behaving. You'll want to read the Getting Started Guide section about Features/Permissions for more details on enabling your site visitors to create content.
You’ll probably also want to get to know the Twitter “widget,” found by clicking on the Administration Panel and going into the Widgets. With this widget, you can start a Twitter account or integrate the one you already have into your website.
